Communication is Key in the Mortgage Loan Process

The Spring selling season is upon us! What better way to make sure that your client will have the clear to close from the day they put the pre-qualification letter in your hands to the day of closing!
There are plenty of do's and do not's in the real estate world! When it comes to making a solid loan, the lender should be working side by side with you the REALTOR®. Communication is the key to a seamless deal!
In order to be confident the offer won't go bad, the lender should be taking steps to assure that everything is in order from the moment the client puts the pre-approval letter in your hand. What does this mean for you?
This means that I have taken the time to collect all the documents to verify that the client is properly qualified! First starting with the what purchase amount the client is looking for to what down payment they are willing to have. Secondly, delving into the credit report making sure the credit and DTI match the loan that the client is looking for! Third, educating the client on what not to do during the purchase process in order to prevent the loss of the home of their dreams. Finally, letting the client know what to expect along the way!
What does this mean for you? It means that we will work together to make sure that our client is taken care of from the beginning to the end! Walking together each step of the way! Making sure that we all are the same page.
There is nothing more exciting than watching our client have the keys to their new home handed to them with a smile on their faces and their dream of owning a home is finally a reality!
